Use of a Facebook Plug-In

A number of so-called Facebook plug-ins are integrated into our website (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, U.S.A.). Whenever you call up a page on our website, Facebook is told which of our internet pages you visited with your IP address. If you are logged onto Facebook as a member, the above information will be matched to your personal Facebook user account. When you use plug-in functions - e.g., when you click on the Like It button or offer comments - this information, too, will be entered into your Facebook account. You can avoid this by logging off before using the plug-in.

Use of LinkedIn

This website uses functions of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. Each time you access one of our pages that contains LinkedIn features, a connection is established to LinkedIn servers. LinkedIn will be notified that you have visited our sites using your IP address. If you click on the LinkedIn "Recommend" button and are logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn will be able to associate your visit to our site with you and your account.

If you want to disable LinkedIn advertising cookies, please use the following link: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out [external site]

We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by LinkedIn. Further information on this can be found in the LinkedIn privacy policy at: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy [external site].

Use of Lead Gen Forms

Within LinkedIn we use so-called Lead Gen Forms, which you can use to request information about products. We use the data you provide there to process your request for information. The data is transmitted to us by LinkedIn. Our processing of data is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal notification by e-mail. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of revocation shall remain unaffected by the revocation. The data you have entered will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for which it was stored ceases to apply (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected. Details of LinkedIn's handling of your personal information are set out in LinkedIn's privacy policy: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy [external site].
